Host a private workshop with your friends, co-workers or family! Birthday parties, bridal showers, company team building...work with us to create your event! Choose from a variety of projects for your group and pick a date and time that works for your group’s schedule.
How to book a private party: 1. Choose your preferred date and time for your private DIY workshop. The workshop is available 6 days a week (closed Monday) for private parties, with exception of scheduled public workshops as shown on our calendar.
2. Contact us at hammerandstainclayton@gmail.com to confirm that your preferred date and time are available. Once confirmed, we require a $50 refundable deposit to hold your date. This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop! All deposits are refundable once party minimum is met. The Private Party minimum is a total of $250 in purchased projects. (Can't meet our minimum? - Inquire about reserving a table at a public workshop for you and your group.)
3. Choose up to three different projects to offer during your private workshop. We will provide a Project Gallery to choose your projects. Each of these projects will have a number of designs to choose from for your guests. Most adult projects range from $25-$65 and children’s projects range from $20-$35. Contact us for specific pricing.
4. Once projects are selected, we will create a custom link on our website for your guests to register. We will provide this link to you to send out to your guests. All registrations are due no later than two days prior to the scheduled date.
We provide all of the materials, tools, and instruction! You will get to choose from our line of water based stains and paints to customize your projects in the studio! Let us know if you have questions!
